My advice to cook a pork loin is:
1. Brine it, soak it in a salt water bath for at least 24 hours before cooking. This will not only flavor the meat, but break down some of the protein strands to make it more tender, and through osmosis, will actually increase the amount of moisture in the meat.
2. Don't trim too much of the fat off the loin, its a fairly fat free and dry cut of meat, it needs all the fat and moisture it can get. If it has already been trimmed, add more fat back to it by wrapping bacon slices around it.
3. Cook it in a moist environment, with some broth, and perhaps a little wine, in the bottom of the pan.

You would use the cook time for the individual loin as it accounts for the size and thickness of the cut of meat. As long as you maintain the proper temp as recommended for your smoker the cooking time will be the same for multiple loins as it would be for a single loin.
One can find a great recipe for pork loins on websites like recipe.com or foodnetwork.com. These websites offer highly rated recipes. There are also many categories of recipes on these websites.

A pig BBQ grill is does a really good job of cooking one of the best animals for BBQ: the pig. This means that it is large enough to cook big pieces or pork such as pork loins, shoulder and ribs. Many grills that focus on the pig also are able to smoke met because pork is often smoked in BBQ preparations. When looking for this type of grill choose one that is known to be good.
I will always cook a pork roast or loin till it reaches an internal temperature of 190 degrees.
I would cook that on 350 for 4 hours.
