How can you draw feelings?

You can express your feelings to a close friend or close relative, you could write poems on how you feel, write short stories, whatever you do you have to get it all out cuz when it builds up all inside, you will explode, trust me, i kept everything inside, and then one more problem that occured, i cried for weeks. If your shy, try going on Microsoft words then you could pretend there's another person asking you how you feel, why, where, when, what. like WHAT DO YOU FEEL RIGHT NOW?, then on the next line you say I FEEL SAD, then WHY DO YOU FEEL SAD? and so on, i know it may seem kind of crazy, but at least when your done with it, your gonna get all better. Don't keep things bottled up inside ;)

You may express feelings from drawing people's expressions. Or you may draw the weather.

Happy= A sunny, beautiful day.

Mad= A flash of lightning appearing across the sky, with rain pounding hard.

Sad= A cloudy day, or rain drizzling on the pavement.

If you want to do things like excited, nervous, etc. Maybe you can do this.

Exciting= A kid at a amusement park waiting in line, tapping their feet, with excited eyes looking up at a ride.

Nervous= Maybe you can you draw a kid looking like they're about to explode, or a kid in a class not wanting to be picked on for a question, or a presentation.

Something like that. You should try setting the scenery so people understand the mood even more. I know, my ideas aren't the best, but it's the least I can do. Hope I helped!
