If your heater setting works, and your fan works, and you just don't get any heat... Maybe your heater core is clogged. With engine on, turn heater controls to full open/hot. Then turn off engine....
There is no headlight relays for this year, I have the same vehicle and I was pissed to find out its hard wired directly through the headlight switch itself.
