Only the creator of a picture can remove a watermark.
You can do it by passing through the printer twice, just be sure to place the two watermarks on non confilicting parts of the page
Ask the creator to remove it, or buy it if it is on sale. The watermark is there to prevent people from getting the photo for free, or to claim a copyright.
That watermark is there for a reason, either to prevent people from stealing it or to mark a copyright claim. Removing it can be an illegal act.
If it's a picture of the same picture then it's known as the Droste effect. But a more generic for this is just a recursive picture.
