If you want to maintain a good body wait with out developing anorexia or bulimia, first if you are 14-18 and you're active for only 30. min or less then you need to eat only 1800, but if you moderately active (30-60min.) than you need 2000 calories and now, if you're suuper active whatevver you do eat 2000 calories and exercise 60 min. or more. Next one. If you are 19-20 than you need this: 30 min or less: 2000 calories 30-60min. 2200 calories 60+: 2400 calories whooooo there's alot more, but I'm sooo tired of typing!
