Well ....I was once sick for 5 days and I lost 5 kilos reason my food that i ate :

1)Only little during lunch and dinner bcoz i was not feeling hungrythe

2)Only Snacks I ate were tea biscuits ( plain )

3)but i ate junk food like chocolates twice and a cheesy dish .....

But well I was on antibiotics so I didn't feel hungry at all .... and above all if you follow this .... you don't need to exercise ! Eat plenty of Chewing Gum so that you can fight your appetite !

You can't. Getting "fit" is not something you can do over night. It takes time and work.

If you even attempt to work out for hours at a time to get fit within three days, you will end up tearing your muscles and damaging your body. It is extremely unhealthy to even attempt to get fit in three days.

Plus increase the amount of excersise you normally get.

Simply eating healthy and moving around will take off 5 to 10 pounds in a matter of days.

The first 10 pounds you lose when attempting to eat healthy and excercise come off relatively easy. Losing weight beyond those first 10 pounds becomes difficult.
