It's easy if you are determined to lose weight and you are able to find some time to do so every day. These are some things you should do in order to lose weight while being at home:

1. Eat healthier and try not to snack between meals. Also drink lots of water since that helps to cleanse your body from toxines even though your trips to the washroom may increase. You can eat healthier by cutting back on fast food and also on comfort foods such as chocolate (i know it's hard...) at the same time that you add vegetables and fruits to your diet.

2. Try to exercise. Even if it's not a lot, it's always better than doing nothing. If you are a mom or student and don't have much time to go to the gym you can simply go for a jog or run every day or every two days for about 30 minutes. Another option is to do abs at home since that is really easy and with really great results. You can also do other kinds of aerobic exercises and even buy a Dvd that shows you how to do them.

That's basically it, eat better, drink lots of water, and exercise as much as you can.
