I know how you feel and suffer of this all the time but what i try to do is think of the good things I've done and the things i have achieved in life and maybe even something i could achieve in life at the minute!, I think of old memories that make me smile and laugh and giggle and my first love and my best friends and how lucky i am to be alive and to have done some of the things i have done in the past!, Everyone has something to be proud of, be it to getting your first car or meeting the queen! So we shouldn't be feeling bad about ourselves either, our appearance doesn't matter as they all say its whats inside and i agree, People take you for granted just because of what you are but not of who you are inside...
