You need to remove the door trim.
Then loosen the track, you should then be able to re locate the window into the track
Remove the inside door panel. The entire window mechanism will be visible. Put the window back onto the window track.
Take door panel off. and put window back on track.

Take your time and try to lift a side in order to put it back on track. No luck? Than you may need to use a flat screw driver and look under the window for the wheel that is off track and carefully pry that wheel up and slide it back into place.
