Remove the bolt from the handle for opening the door, remove the bolt from window opener, remove the screw in the opening where the door handle is located. Then starting at the bottom and work your way up each side pull the panel away from the door for it is held in place by spring like clips, when the bottom and sides are clear just lift up on the panel for it only locks down over on the top. To install reverse this procedure. Hope this helps. Pat
