To acssess blower mortor take of carpeted panel under passenger side glove box. When it's off, loosen 3 screws holding motor unplug the ruber hose attached to mortor and disconect wire harness. It's best to go to dealer first after writing down part number of mortor since some after market mortors can't plug directly into factory harness and need some plicing to make work. Install is the exact reverse of take out.
