If there is no error code but SRS light is On there are 2 causes:
- if accident happen, all related restrain part must be removed;
- with no accident, most likely cause is an alternator overvoltage; VRM (voltage regulator on alternator) needs to be replaced. Hight powering voltage forcing SRS unit to set the light. Just check the voltage on battery while engine is on first to know fr sure this is a problem;
