The best way to stop any external bleeding is direct pressure. Get a clean towel and fold it so it's compact, then press it firmly against the wound. Hold the hand above the level of the subject's heart. Don't flex the hand. Bleeding should stop in about 10 minutes. If you can't get it to stop in 20 minutes, you should consider calling for help. But this is very rare.

use super glue. just put it on the wound.

Caution:Super Glue bonds well to skin and as such was considered for a surgical adhesive at one time, and in fact is used today albeit rarely. It's also been used in extreme emergency scenarios when there is no help available and none expected for days (with varying results) -- hopefully a rare situation in your life.

As it adheres to tissue -- yours included -- it's very difficult to use safely.

That said, it's not the right approach for stopping bleeding in a fingertip wound. Go with direct pressure and elevating the wound above the level of the heart instead.
