Answer:
Very very unfair. It depends more on three major factors which are all inter-linked, how much money you have, your status in society, and also on how well you deal with situations.
These factors all contribute to life's unfairness. If you have a lot of money, then your status in society will naturally be elevated, resulting a better treatment by people. This will then induce the thinking that life is not that unfair. However, if you are unable to respond to the treatment appropriately, and instead cause people to hate you, people will begin to dislike you, and you will think that life is unfair because even though you have a lot of money, people still treat you badly.
On the contrary, if you have very little money, you will have almost no status at all. If you are surrounded by people who treat you well despite this, then you will think that life is fair. If the people around you treat you badly, this will result in you thinking life is unfair. But with your ability to respond to the situation, you could either improve and utterly destroy the situation, for if you are not able to respond well to the people around you, you will be despised by all. However, if you respond brilliantly and eloquently and despite it all, manage to dazzle and astound everyone with your talents or personality, then you will be revered by all.
If one were to draw a graph of money against status in society, it would be an exponentially increasing line that you will see, curved towards society rather than money. In this case, money is the independent variable, and status in society is the dependent variable.
If one were to draw another graph, this time of status in society versus treatment, the result would be a line that is linear. Thus as you can see, status in society is directly related to the treatment you receive.
Your ability to deal with situations is an altogether different thing. If you can deal with the situations very well, you will be admired no matter what. If you cannot, you will be stepped on and grounded deep into the dust no matter what.
In conclusion, life's unfairness is determined by three main factors. If you score high on all three factors, life will be extremely unfair to say the least, only this time, life will be biased towards you. If you have absolutely no money, you will then have no status. If you have as much ability to deal with the situation as a sloth, then, life will be unfair, biased against you.
God bless you.
