in east Germany they were allowed to have books, movies, and other things like that, but in west Germany they were taught about communism..... i got this for social studies..... hope it helped ;)
Both, Berlin was divided into east and west Berlin. Berlin was situated in East Germany. According to quadripartite agreement Berlin was meant to be a separate entity to the rest of post-war Germany....
