Ok, here is my answer, hope it helps.
Their rights were violated in these ways
~ They were taken from their homes
~ They could only take with them what they could carry, everything else had to be sold
~ They only had a very little amount of time to get ready and to sell everything
~ They were taken to remote areas and imprisoned, with deplorable living conditions (they were horse stables or barns with only a cot…)
No one knew exactly where the camp was, it might be hot or cold, so they took pretty much nothing, just clothes. The camp was surrounded by barbed-wire fence. It was armed but guards that stood in watchtowers. If anyone tried to walk out into the desert, they would be shot. They hadn't done anything wrong, they have been fine citizens. Some people thought that they were giving information to Japan, to help them win the war. They didn't want to take any chances....
THEY WERE VIOLATED WHEN THE GOVERNMENT REMOVED THEM FROM THEIR HOMES!!!!
Japanese Rights !! Japanese Rights !! What about the rights of the POWs this nation imprisoned ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? Not to mention the barbaric treatment of indiginous populations of China Malaya Burma & so on. And you want to know about the rights of the Japanese ?
Umm...I'm not you, but the US treated them pretty crappy too. Also, they had all right of ownership taken away, their homes, family separation, possession removal, and worst of all-put in camps in far away remote places for something they never did.
SO THERE!
(Thats the old answer ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^)
Everyone did, this is why war is a very bad thing. The Nazi's violated peoples human rights a lot but so did the Americans when they killed innocent civilians in the firebombing of Dresden and when they dropped the Atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki.
d. internment of Japanese Americans I think we're doing the same test/study guide questions.
the Japanese . the Japanese invaded china in 1937
The group sought compensation for World War II internment. Novanet/Gradpoint
There were many names for the Japanese during WW2, some that I know of were "Tojo, slants, and nips."
they had right, but they were just violated and not respected, i am not sure about the responsibilities
Japanese American internment / Executive Order 9066 .
The purpose of the Japanese-American Internment in concentration camps, not to be confused with the Death Camps of the National Socialist Party (NAZI) of Germany, was to protect the United States from internal sabotage from those within the Japanese American community who would be sympathetic to Japan, our prime enemy during World War II.
For many, their civil rights were ignored and violated. They were imprisoned, lost property, lost jobs, were not permitted to vote, etc.
Yes. They have compensated most victims
due process
i will assume that you are talking about the first 10 amendment's therefore its the 2nd, the right to bear arms

yes they did Random person ;]
Putting people of Japanese descent or Japanese immigrants in camps.
Hitler violated the UDHR in many ways. In Article 1 the UDHR states that everyone has the right to life. During World War Two About 6 million is generally given the number of Jews killed during the Holocaust under Hitler. This is how Hitler completely violated article one of the UDHR
The US policy to intern the Japanese Americans (Canadians did too) was unconstitutional. They did not release them even after the US Supreme Court determined it was unconstitutional for the US Government to set of the internment camps, take the Japanese Americans from their homes. They took their homes and businesses too and that was illegal. Some Japanese Americans have received paltry reparations for their illegal internment.
