Brail is the answer for the poor deaf and blind man. These are raised bumps on paper that he can feel with his fingers. If you don't know anyone who knows brail then you can phone the Brail Society...
Write it down for the deaf person so they know what to say...then get them to read it out loud for the blind man.
The dumb guy can see..... so he writes it in Braille, so the blind guy can read it..
