iodine is only very slightly soluble in water ( 0.03 g/100 cm3 water hand back data) this means solute-solute interactions are stronger than the solute-solvent interactions between iodine and water.
Water is the solvent, the solute(s) vary with the location and can be anywhere from nothing (unlikely), to metals (esp lead) from the pipes, ANY toxin from the soils that the water comes from.
The Solvent of the mineral water is exactly water and I'm really sure of it,,, and the solute are the magnesium and the calcium. I hope that you agree with this,, but for me this is correct!!!!!
