No, worms don't have any organs like humans, in fact, they aren't really an animal. Like a bug, or insect. They aren't any of that. They are just nerves. So if you were to cut one in half, it wouldn't die, because it isn't even living. It would still move. But in two. Worms are made of rain (water), sunlight, and dirt. So really, they aren't living.
