Expectations at Work-Making the ChangeI think that if you werent meeting the expectations i would figure out what it is that you're doing wrong and try to correct it.

If I was reviewed by my supervisor or boss, and told I was not meeting expectations, I would go back and re-read the job description. Determine if I was working enough calls, quickly enough and getting satisfactory results for both the customer and the company. If you are spending more time on inter department communication that is not related to helping a customer, then you are wasting time, and the employer will not want to keep you. While the above statement is ok, you need to be specific in what is being done wrong. Not answering enough calls? Not getting the corect resource information to the customer? get specific and then get busy at acheiving the number quota that will get you on the other side of the expectations. So that you were exceeding expectations.
