I wouldn't give it a high evaluation at all (doesn't work well) and I wouldn't believe everything I read about it or talked about it and would really want to get down to brass tacks and see for myself if these social institutions actually work (and I highly doubt it) because the law is lax, prisons full, health care poor. It would give one a more indepth view of what could be changed in the future reguarding the system.
