I was actually unemotional at first. It took me almost a year to actually feel anything about it because I wanted to avoid thinking that I lost my baby. I was suppose to be 13 weeks along for my first pregnancy but the baby had stopped growing at 7 weeks. It was hard for me to think that I had actually lost the baby, but nonetheless, I got pregnant with my daughter who is now 22mos. and I am currently 24 1/2 weeks along with a boy. I realized that if I had not of lost the first baby, then I would've never known my daughter and I am thankful for that. She is the brightest and sweetest child. I love her and would not change what had happened because she would not be here with me now. It all depends on how you look at the situation and only time can heal how you feel. If you end up pregnant again, you will from time to time think about your loss because nothing can ever replace the "what if" thoughts you have.
