How you say that you are team worker?

Answer:
First, do not say anything that you cannot immediately backup with examples. In other words, some individuals say they are excellent in a particular area, then the other person listening says something like, can you give me an example how you used this to overcome a situation or to solve a problem? If you cannot immediate backup what you said, it could wind up a very embarrassing situation for yourself. Still, if you are indicating that you are a team worker, then you must understand exactly what a team worker is. Thus, you can say that through experience (whether work or life) you have come to understand the importance of team work, which includes the understanding that:

  • you can accomplish more working as a team, then if you were to work independent of each other (working through synergy).
  • it is critical to focus and keep in alignment with team goals and objectives, rather than self interest.
  • the team concept produces beneficial results when there is camaraderie, common purpose, and common cause among team members.
  • team effort - when handled appropriately - produces greater efficiency, proficiency, and productivity.

Just remember, that you should be able to come up with examples, if asked to.
