I would say 10 years and younger is way to young to be in a relationship, let alone a boyfriend/girlfriend.
If you are already in Middle school Or Highschool then it might be alright, but then again, It come's down to you & your parents. Maybe ask them. If your not comptable then don't. But Probably 10 is too young.
