Okay, first thing you should do is talk to your parents or guardians about this. They are the people who love and care for you the most and will help you along the way with whatever you choose to do.

As with every girl that goes through this, you always have a few options. First of all, you could choose to keep the child. If you decide to do this, there are a lot of thing you will need to consider, such as the fathers' involvement with the child, how you will support yourself financially, if you'll be able to cope with it emotionally, and if your body is physically able to support a child. These are always big questions, and ones that need deep consideration before you decide to keep a child. Please talk to your parents and people close to you before you make any decision, including this one.

You will also have the option to carry the baby to term, and then give it up for adoption to someone in your family, or an adoption agency, who will find a family for it in the wider community. This is again a hard one, as you will have your child, and then lose it for a large majority of your time, but may be the best option for you depending on your position and your religious views.

You can also choose to abort your baby, depending on the laws of where you live. This may be the best option for you, though it again is not without it's risks.

Please talk to your GP and, if possible, a midwife before you make any of these decisions, as they all influence your health in a major way. It would also be best to talk to a counsellor at your school, as they will be able to give you support and guidance as you make these decisions.
