if you are vomitting everything you are eatting see the doctor. Pregnancy increases your sensativity to smells. so it you eat foods that are less spicy and less smeely, you will probably tolerate them better. sip boullion and tea. avoid coffee and chocolate as they can increase nausea. good luck joymaker rn
