I had a positive fetal fibronectin at 32 weeks. What the doctors told me is that this test is much more helpful if the result is negative. If it comes back negative, there is like a 95% chance that you will not go into labor in the next two weeks. If it is positive, all it really means is that you have a slightly higher chance of going into labor early. They will want to watch you more closely. But like I said, I had a positive test at 32 weeks and my son didn't end up being born until 36 weeks. So it's really hard to say, just hand in there! Good luck!
