I don't know what your reason is for being angry but don't be. I'm sure you have a valid reason but still try to calm yourself down. Whatever it is that you're angry about think about it carefully. Think of why it happened and try to think of the positive effects of it. There's some tricks that people say calm you down. Like counting from 1 to 10 slowly or taking deep breaths. I don't know if they'd work for you or not but I'm sure they will. They work for me. So give it a go yourself.
