It should be, if you are concerned talk to your OB/GYN. You probably won't feel your baby kick until around week 16 and 22, even though the baby has been moving since week 7 or 8. You may have already witnessed these movements during an ultrasound. This is often felt as a fluttering feeling or a grasshopper walking across your belly during the first movements.

Don't worry, I am 20 weeks as well and up until today I don't think I had felt my baby move either but I had an ultrasound a couple days ago and my baby girl is healthy and moving around. The lady who administered my ultrasound said she didn't feel anything until she was 22 week and I guess this is quit common. I have felt a few things that I think may have been my baby but it could have also been gas bubbles (and mostly likely was). I felt one kick today for the first time but I haven't felt anything since. If I were you I wouldn't worry within a couple weeks you should feel something!

Best to go to a doctor or hospital that can use a Doppler machine or use other ways to hear the heartbeat.

Is it possible to feel the baby at only 1 week?

NO WAY! At one week the baby is way too tiny to be felt...people can barely detect that there is a baby at this stage. I'm 7 months pregnant and didn't feel the baby kick until 6 months into it. I heard if you're REALLY skinny you might feel it at 3-4 months, but that's in special circumstances.

You will not feel "baby" movement after just three weeks ... maybe three months. If you want to know if you are truly pregnant, go see your gynecologist.

Why are you asking? This is your third? It doesn't matter whether it's first or fifth. You generally feel it when you are four or five months pregnant.
