hey, i use to be 195 lbs, at a height of 5'10 with a hour glass figure too. I was a size 15 and went down to a size 7 in three months. You may ask how i did this, i did not drink pop, or popcorn or any other sweeten food, i ate everything except sweets, and pop. Then i started to play DDR,,, weekin a month i lost 20 lbs,, then i dropped down to 135!!!! and almost a yar has pasted, and it is still off, and i eat more than i ever have!!!!! play DDR and lose lbs while having fun dancing!!!!
Hey, I'm 5'7 and a size 10, and I weigh right around 160, so I would say you wouldn't have to lose too much. I have a very large chest, but I'm assuming that's what you mean by hour glass so I think it shouldn't be too hard : )
