I don't want to take classes that have nothing to do with my major so are there any degree programs at any schools in the world where general credit courses aren't needed for degrees or certificates?

If there are, I personally would not trust the college to be accredited. If a school is not accredited for the degree you are working toward, your degree will not be accepted as proof of training when you apply for a job.
However, you can work your general education (gen-ed) requirements around so they support your major. For instance, for a math gen-ed, you could take accounting (for a business major) or algebra (for a science major). Most colleges do have a list of 3-8 courses that every student must take and pass to graduate from the college and there isn't any getting around them.
If you have a specific school or major in mind, you could ask an advisor at the school how to avoid meaningless gen-ed classes.
