I have a 1989 chevy K2500 with a 350. it had oil in the passenger side front and rear cylinder and low compression in the front one. i put in E3 plugs and it smokes now at idle. why is this?

[Edit]
if E3 plugs are a"hotter"plug than the ones you took out they are now burning the oil in those cylinders therebye making smoke.only cure is an engine rebuild.
