The first step in reducing your weight is to identify that you need to reduce weight....beleive me, that in itself is NOT easy.... and frankly you have crossed the first, and a major one at that, hurdle.Congratulations!!!Next, also from your question i could gather that you are aware of the sensible diet that has to go along.....Just a few tips as far as diet goes....DO NOT SCRIMP!!! eat what ever you want...BUT just promise whatever you eat, will be just ONE helping and a small portion only..that way you dont deny yourself anything and there are no guilt feelings and also you dont go into a binge when denied something......Now about the exercise part of it...sadly just 30 mins in the morning and 10 kilos dont go together.... in 12 weeks is good BUT....start with 30 mins and if and only if after a week you see that you can add on additional 15 to 30 mins nothing like it..... really, and DO NOT over exert...not at all. make it a pleasurable work out...go out with your lover/husband/wife/ whomsoever you want to spend time with. Brisk walks are fine...this terminated with a small capsule of Yoga (yes, baba ramdev is good enough) and you will soon see the wonders of a healthy life, you will start feeling young and enjoy the freshness of the morning air, the chirping of the birds and the rising sun? how long ago did you see and hear all this?...discover natureand all the best..You gotta know that you can do it..Just go for it
