Depends on how adventurous you're feeling...
Option 1: Have it serviced by a qualified technician. If you don't care about voiding the warranty, a local electronics repair shop should be able to help you.
You could also try a jeweler that does repairs. They're used to working on small metal objects and might be able to solder a wire (or scrap metal) to the end of the broken stub and pull it out. Heat transfer might damage the case a little, but probably won't damage the jack. Keep in mind, ANY damage will void the warranty.
Option 2: Crack open the case (voiding the warranty) and push the stub out from the inside. That is assuming the jack is accessible from the inside. If the jack is fully sleeved, then you'll need to replace the jack or go back to option 1. You could also try drilling it out, but the chance of success is ridiculously small. Good luck!
