If you ask a complete question you will usually get a good complete answer. I am not saying that at times you won't get a silly, rude, or nonsense as an answer, but the site has ways to take care of those who leave those answers. I am a supervisor and there are many others on here who work to handle the answers that are not right. The expertise on the site is very high and there are those who have a great deal of knowledge in many areas. So, state a good question with proper spelling and grammar and you will get a good answer. Give it time.
