Most likely no. If you need a definite, go get a blood pregnancy test.

You can also get a "digital" pregnancy test, you can usually get a box of 2 of them for under $10.00 it gives you a reading in words as "pregnant" or "not pregnant".

You could be pregnant. My sister had the same issue with her over the counter pregnancy test. She thought she wasn't pregnant, but suprise! 3 months later she started showing. Also, I'm sure you can google the internet for pregnancy symptoms (i.e. swelling breast, the urgency to pee, etc). Also, take the advice above and spend some money on a nice pregnancy test. If all else fails and you're still unsure - go to the doctor.
