Active 3D technology means that that each image is delivered to one eye each at rapid spped. So you're only viewing the image with one eye at a time. This is normally not noticeable but if you're sensitive, you may notice the flickering.

Passive means that each image is delivered to both eyes at the same time and thus there is no flickering. The disadvantage is that the resolution is cut down to 540 lines rather than using the full 1080 line count.

Is antenna passive or active component?

An active antenna is an antenna which has an amplifier attached very closely to it. The antenna/amplifier system is called an active antenna. It is used for receiving signals only. The idea is to set the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) before the signal travels along a transmission line where it is susceptible to interference and loss.

Is this a passive or active sentence accidents are witnessed every day?

Any time the verb is a form of "to be", it is passive voice. The passive verbs include: is, are, were, be, being, been, have, had Additionally, one clue to passive sentences is when the verb is followed by "by". " Example: The accidents are witnessed by other motorists every day." Sometimes, passive sentences are perfectly okay to use when the "actor" (who is doing the action) is unimportant. But too many passive sentences make reading boring, and passive makes longer sentences. Example, passive Every day, accidents are witnessed by other motorists. Records of accidents are kept by local police departments and statistics are compiled by State agencies and by insurance companies. As determined by authorities, most accidents are caused by people who are inattentive or distracted. Example, active. Other motorists witness accidents every day. Local police departments keep records, which State agencies and insurance companies use to create statistics. These authorities determined that inattentive or distracted drivers cause the most accidents. Note that the both examples say the same thing but the noun is followed by an active verb (witness; keep; use; determined). Also note that the passive example is longer than the active example. The active example uses fewer words, is easier to read, and still makes the same points.

Is it possible to write a sentence in the passive voice that cannot be recomposed in the active voice?

Yes, it is possible to write a sentence in the passive voice that cannot be easily recomposed in the active voice, particularly when the doer of the action is unknown or unimportant. For example: "The cake was eaten." This sentence focuses on the action (eating the cake) rather than who performed the action.

What are the step to be taken in converting a sentence in the active voice into a sentence in the passive voice and vice-versa?

The passive form of the verb phrase follows this pattern:be + past participlefor example: is used / was wanted / is being builtPassive is the opposite of active. In most sentences/clauses the subject refers to the doer or actor of the action of the verb.Eg. The cat chased the mouse. The cat is the subject or the doer of the verb, chase (active). But the passive form allows us to put someone or something that is not the actor first in the position of the subject.Eg. The mouse was chased by the cat.Example:Active - We keep the sugar in the cupboard. To change this active sentence into passive the object (sugar) goes before the verb (object position). The sugar...Then the verb keep becomes be + past participle. Because the sentence is present the be verb is 'is'. The past participle of keep is keptThe sugar is keptThe phrase in the cupboard remains unchanged =The sugar is kept in the cupboard. (If you want to say who does this action then add 'by us')The sugar is kept in the cupboard by us

How you can use verb to have in passive voice?

Yes but I think only as an axillary verb not as a main verb. If have is the main verb it will change to had in the passive egThe have a new car - passive = The new car is hadby them = not good.Or as an auxiliary verb:They have bought the books.passive = The books have been bought by them.We have eaten the all the apples.passive = All the apples have been eaten.Notice that you have to have a plural object in the active sentence to keep have in the passive sentence. If you have a singular object then in the passive sentence have will change to has.We have eaten the cake.passive = The cake has been eaten.
