Are you a lawyer for the prosecution or defense? Makes it kind of hard to give you advice without knowing which. In either case, start by telling a story. But don't call it a story- outline the series of events, colored to your advantage, that led upto and through the crime. Then outline how each of your witnesses (yes, you should mention each witness, and their role in your presentation in your opening) will prove the above mentioned story.
