I don't know where you live, but a good place to start looking for help is with the state. Try the cabinet for families and children. There are certain requirements in each state, but if approved for medicaid, you won't have to pay for treatments. It's worth a shot...

Speak with your doctors, some of the drug companies have programs that will pay outright or subsidize your shots. In Canada the Trillium foundation also pays for qualified patients to receive high cost meds.
