"Can't squeeze blood out of a turnip" goes the familiar saying.
Seems the attorney bloke is being quite unreasonable in this matter. If he does get you arrested, the chances of his getting paid are even less than the present odds. Chances are he will not do this and could just be blowing a big smokescreen trying to impress you and others.
There are freebee legal agencies in most any city - they can advise you better of what can or will happen in instances such as this. Good Luck :-)!!
