If you are unsure how to tell your mum you should tell another adult who you can trust. Perhaps a teacher, a youth worker or an aunty? If you are pregnant your mother will notice eventually and the sooner you inform her the sooner sensible decisions can be made about the future. The longer you leave it the less options will be available.

Being 14, you need adult advice and help with whatever decision you make. Lastly, you need to decide how to prevent this from happening in the future.
