I can't believe you are even asking this question, if your boyfriend does not want a baby and you do you have no right to decieve him by removing your implant and letting him still believe it is still safe to have unprotected sex. You will than expect him to support the baby emotionally and financially. It might sound o.k now but you will feel extremely guilty later on in life and he will probably resent you and your child. How would you feel if the tables were turned and he deliberatley poked holes in the condom or told you he was wearing one and didn't and you became pregnant.
