If 95% have white/NA mixed heritage, that leaves only 5% total for all other possibilities. That 5% would have to include any with even a smattering of African or Asian as well as any that are all Native American, all African, all Asian, and any mixed heritage that does not include both white and NA ancestors. I would be surprised if you could find more than a fraction of 1% that is entirely of White ancestory, and they would probably be recently (within 2 or 3 generations) arrived from Europe.
