Ok, there is a lot going on here. If you move out, how will you support yourself? Is the father of the child your age or older? Where would you live? Remember, if the father is 17 or older, you cannot live with him. Unless you are being kicked out, it is probably best to stay with the parent or guardian that you are living with. There is almost no way for you to make it on your own at that age. I wish I could help you more; you are in a rather sad situation. But, I believe that because of your age, you are probably legally in a bind. I am sorry. Post a further question and I will see what I can do to help you.

I assume you mean move out without parental consent? Absolutely not!

You are going to need your parent's help with this. If the father of your baby is under the age of 18, he is unlikely to be able to take care of you. If the father is over 18, he will go to jail and won't be in a position to take care of you.

Also, you will need your parent's consent to see a DOCTOR.

You should tell your parents firstly. I know it can be scary but just tell them, they love you and care for you. They might be quite shocked at first but they will come over it. Speak to your parents see what they suggest.

This would depend upon the laws and regulations of which state you currently reside in. Read the related links below for more information about emancipation due to underage pregnancy.

Only with your parent's permission and a court order from a judge saying that you are emancipated. Believe me, you don't want that.

Same as before. Pregnancy don't change that. Your parents still decide over you and you decide over your baby.

Same as before. The pregnancy doesn't change anything regarding your rights apart when it comes to your child. Him/her you are allowed to decide over like your parents decide over you.
