Harrass you day & night but they will write it off under a year if you don't owe like over 20k to one company, Then U wait 7 years and it is off your credit report 4 ever, like it never happened so take a shot if U want to and don't pay but U will have no life with all the phone calls for a while and no credit for 7 years!
