Answer

Jesus did not descend into the Hell of the damned. He descended into the place that was called synonymously in The Bible "hell" or "the bosom of Abraham" also known as "the limbo of the fathers". Since the gates of heaven were shut the righteous souls of those that had died were here waiting to go to Heaven. Thus Jesus descended into hell that He might manifest Himself to them, granting them the Beatific Vision and thus heaven.

However, for those who are in the Hell of the damned, they never saw Christ. Revelations in the Bible says that everyone will be pulled out of both "death" and "hell and judged for the second death at the Last Judgment.

Forgiveness exists for those who repent and accept Jesus into our hearts as savior. We are also supposed to not judge, not condemn, but forgive. We are supposed to not sin. Mother Theresa shared God's love for people through her daily actions and was an example of God's goodness coming forth from one's heart.

Was Jesus Christ the Savior of all worlds?

Yes. Many of the everyday people that meet Jesus recognised this. In the book of second Peter, Peter uses this title of Christ five times, for example: 2Peter 1:1 Simon Peter, a bondservant and apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who have obtained like precious faith with us by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ:
