Yes, becaseu if they specialise, they can produce 4 statements and 8 phone calls between them in a given ammount of time.
if they divided their time equally, they would produce 2.5 statements and 9 phone calls. so phone calls would have to be of significantly higher value in order for it to make sense to NOT specialise.
