Yes, if the young man isn't a minor. Women shouldn't have children after the age of 40 - 43 and it's a risk then. It something you are going to have to discuss with her. Her biological clock in running out. I'm 4 years older than my husband, and his brother is married to a woman that is 7 years older than him and they've been married for 40 years or more with 4 children.
