No because mars is NOT like Earth because Earth has continentual plates and Mars is just one big bit of rock. Earthquakes are caused by two plates scraping each other. So it cant happen

No. Earthquakes in a region do not generally coincide with those in another region. Epicenters will deviate somewhat with aftershocks, but not that significantly.
