If a school does not clear ice off of the parking lot and while pulling into a spot you skid and hit a car is the school at fault?

Answer

depends on the details but probably not . you are supposed to have control of your vehicle and if you knew there was snow or ice on the roads its not reasonable to assume that every spec of snow and ice has been removed whether on the hiway or in a school parking lot , therefore you were not in full control of the vehicle you were operating and as a result they are not responsable nor should they be !
